Image science for men who lead

See yourself the way the room does.

Your image is already sending signals. Loupe shows how they land against your role and your rooms — and exactly what to change.

Built for executives, founders, partners and client-facing leaders.

The problem

Busy leaders rarely have the time, the awareness or a reliable way to know what their image signals

You can't read your own signal
Your expertise arrives through conversation and performance. Your visual signals arrive first — and you're the one person who never gets to watch yourself walk in.
Your image hasn't caught up with your role
A promotion, a bigger stage, a new market — your role can change fast. Your wardrobe, grooming and presence don't always keep pace.
You don't have hours to spare
A proper read once meant weeks with a consultant. Most leaders don't have the time — so the question gets left for later, indefinitely.
Who Loupe is built for

Executives, founders and client-facing leaders

Men whose appearance can influence trust, authority, decisions, business development, investment, team confidence or public perception — executives, founders, partners, consultants, speakers and client-facing leaders.

01

You have stepped into a bigger role, but your image has not caught up.

02

You are regularly in front of clients, investors, boards, teams or media.

03

You know what you want to communicate, but not whether other people can see it.

04

You want clear advice you can act on.

What you'll know afterward

Clarity, not guesswork

You don't need to overthink your wardrobe. You need to know what it's signalling — and where it's letting you down.

What you get

Far more than a number

A coach's-depth read: how you land in a room, why, and exactly what to change. Grounded in research where it exists, judgement where it doesn't — always specific to you.

Your personal readIt opens like a coach's letter: what we see in you — your frame, your colouring, and the gap between who you are and how you're landing.
How you read in the roomWhere you land on the warmth × competence map, one of the best-established models of how people read each other — plus the "cold-competence" trap to avoid, and your target.
The science on youGrounded in cited research where it exists, flagged as professional judgement where it doesn't. We refuse the pop-psych myths — no "red = power", no power-pose — that everyone else sells.
Room-by-room playbooksFor each of your settings — client meeting, boardroom, evening — the read that wins that room and the exact outfit formula to get it.
Grooming & presenceThe most controllable cues — complexion, hair, posture, gaze, expression — read from the outside, plus the one move that shifts you most.
Prioritised action planRecommendations matched to your role, frame, palette, budget and region — in the order to work through them, plus your body & colour blueprint. Stock and prices can change.
Methodology

What Loupe examines

The same lenses a great image consultant works through by hand — applied consistently, every time.

Fit & proportion

How your clothes sit on your frame — shape, structure and the tailoring that reads as considered.

Colour & contrast

Your undertone, contrast and the palette that makes you look well, not washed out.

Presence & signal

Where you land on warmth and competence, and the gap to where you want to be.

Grooming & non-verbal

The most controllable cues — complexion, hair, posture, gaze, expression.

Wardrobe

What earns its place, what to tailor, what to retire — read against your rooms.

Context readiness

Whether your image is set up for the specific rooms you actually walk into.

Your strategy is built on Raluca's trained methodology and practice, supported by relevant research, and drawn from your specific inputs, goals and context.

The science

Two dimensions shape how you land

Warmth and competence are two of the most established dimensions in how people read each other: do you seem well-intentioned, and do you seem capable? Loupe places you on this map as one part of your Signal Map — never the whole story. And it refuses the pop-psychology everyone else sells.

What Loupe refuses

Most of the image industry runs on myths. A real image scientist won't. We never claim:

  • "Red = power, navy = trust" — colour-meaning laws don't reliably hold.
  • Power poses change your confidence or hormones — failed to replicate.
  • "93% of communication is body language" — a misquote of one narrow study.
  • Your face shape reveals your character — it doesn't; we won't read it.
  • A single garment will make you think or perform better — the evidence for enclothed cognition is mixed and context-dependent, so we don't promise it.

Where the evidence is thin, we say so. That's the difference between science and a style quiz.

The read, on a real face

The right balance depends on your room

A direct gaze and an easy smile read as warmth. A sharp blazer over clean structure reads as competence. The right balance depends on your role and your room — it isn't the same for everyone. Loupe shows where you land now, and where your target sits.

FAQ

Questions, answered

The things men ask before their first report.

What exactly is a "Loupe Score"?
A single number from 0 to 100, rolled up from a fixed, science-backed rubric, plus a band — Commanding, Credible or Developing. Because the rubric is fixed, your score is comparable over time and against your target.
What do I need to submit?
A short style questionnaire, your silhouette measurements, a few daylight photos of your face (for colour) and some outfit and wardrobe photos. The intake agent quality-checks everything before the analysis runs.
How do I know the read is trustworthy?
Every recommendation ties to a replicated perception-science finding, or to what the analysis actually observed — and the report cites its sources, so you can trace any conclusion back. Just as important is what Loupe refuses: no colour-meaning myths, no power poses, no "93% is body language" — the pop-psychology most of the industry leans on. Where the evidence is genuinely thin, we say so. Reading how you're perceived is science; pretending it's exact would not be.
What happens to my photos?
Your image belongs to you. Your photos and measurements are used only to produce your private Loupe Report — never to train AI models or to identify you. You can review, download and delete your information from your account at any time.
How long does a run take?
Most reports come back in minutes, not days. You'll see progress as each agent reports in — body, colour, presence, wardrobe — before your score and report are assembled.
